How the WhatsApp appointment request works

The appointment form asks for the patient's name, a mobile number, the type of consultation, whether the patient is new or returning, a preferred date and time, and an optional short note. When you press “Book Appointment on WhatsApp”:

1. Your browser checks the form and builds a text message from what you typed.
2. Your browser opens WhatsApp (the app on a phone, WhatsApp Web on a computer) with that message already written, addressed to the clinic's WhatsApp number.
3. Nothing is sent until you press Send in WhatsApp.

The form is processed entirely in your browser. This website does not receive, log or store what you type. Once you send the message, it is handled by WhatsApp under WhatsApp's own privacy policy and is received by the clinic, which uses it to reply and arrange your appointment.

Please do not share sensitive health details in the form

Please do not type medical reports, test results or detailed medical history in the form or its note field. Share such information with the doctor at the consultation.

What the clinic does with your WhatsApp message

The clinic uses the name, number and appointment details in your message only to respond to you and to arrange, confirm or reschedule your appointment and to run the consultation.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If privacy-friendly visitor statistics are added in future, they will not include anything entered in the appointment form, and this policy will be updated.

Hosting and technical logs

Like any website, the company that hosts it may keep standard technical logs (for example IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and reliability. These logs do not contain what you type in the appointment form.
