Frequently asked questions
How do I book an appointment?
Fill in the short appointment request form on this website and press “Book Appointment on WhatsApp”. WhatsApp opens with your request already written. You then press Send in WhatsApp. You can also call the clinic.
How does WhatsApp booking work?
The form collects your name, mobile number, consultation type, preferred date and time and an optional note, and turns them into a ready-to-send WhatsApp message to the clinic. Nothing is stored on this website. Your message reaches the clinic only after you press Send in WhatsApp.
Is my appointment confirmed immediately?
No. A WhatsApp booking is a request, not an automatic confirmation. The date and time you choose are only a preference. The clinic team will check availability and confirm with you on WhatsApp or by phone.
What are the consultation timings?
Consultation timings are listed on the Consultation Timings page. Please check them before you request a date, and remember that the clinic confirms the final date and time.

How can I contact the clinic?
You can message the clinic on WhatsApp, call the clinic from the Contact page, or use the appointment request form. Contact details are also in the footer of every page.
Can I request an appointment for thyroid-related problems?
Yes. Dr. Mahendra Kr. Jain consults patients with thyroid-related problems. Choose “Thyroid-Related Consultation” in the form. During the consultation he can advise on further evaluation and refer you when that is appropriate.
