Appointment request and confirmation information

A request, not an automatic booking

The appointment form on this website prepares a WhatsApp message to the clinic. It is a request. The website does not check the doctor's diary, does not reserve a time and does not confirm an appointment. Opening WhatsApp does not mean an appointment is booked.

Step by step

1. Fill in the form. Give the patient's name, a mobile number, the consultation type, new or returning patient, and your preferred date and time. A short note is optional.
2. Press “Book Appointment on WhatsApp”. The website checks the form and opens WhatsApp with your message written for you. On a phone this opens the WhatsApp app. On a computer it opens WhatsApp Web.
3. Press Send in WhatsApp. The clinic receives your request only after you press Send. If you do not press Send, nothing reaches the clinic.
4. Wait for the clinic to reply. Clinic staff check availability and confirm the date and time with you manually, on WhatsApp or by phone.

The date and time of day you choose are only a preference. The clinic may offer a different date or time. Please check the consultation timings before you choose.

If WhatsApp does not open

• After you press the button, a link appears that opens WhatsApp again.
• Make sure WhatsApp is installed on your phone, or sign in to WhatsApp Web on your computer.
• Or call the clinic from the contact page.

What not to send

Please do not include medical reports, test results or detailed medical history in the request. Bring any existing reports and prescriptions to the consultation.

Emergencies

Do not use this form in an emergency. If you or someone else needs urgent medical help, go to the nearest hospital emergency department.
