The form collects your name, mobile number, consultation type, preferred date and time and an optional note, and turns them into a ready-to-send WhatsApp message to the clinic. Nothing is stored on this website. Your message reaches the clinic only after you press Send in WhatsApp.
Is my appointment confirmed immediately?
No. A WhatsApp booking is a request, not an automatic confirmation. The date and time you choose are only a preference. The clinic team will check availability and confirm with you on WhatsApp or by phone.
